TERMS OF PURCHASE
These Terms of Purchase are the legal binding agreement between our platform and all individual customers who place orders and purchase products on the official website. All order placement, payment, transaction completion, and after-sales service behaviors on this website are subject to the constraints of these terms. Before placing an order, all users must carefully read and fully understand all terms. Completing order payment and transaction placement means that users voluntarily accept all purchase terms and agree to perform relevant obligations.
In terms of product pricing and transaction settlement, all product prices displayed on our official website are the final selling prices, which are settled in United States Dollars (USD) uniformly. The displayed prices include product value costs, and all orders enjoy global free shipping services with no additional shipping fees, handling fees, platform service fees, or hidden charges. We have the right to adjust product prices and carry out seasonal promotional activities according to market changes, inventory status, and seasonal sales plans. The price of the order shall be subject to the real-time price at the time of customer payment, and no price difference supplement or refund will be provided for completed orders.
In terms of order processing and delivery rules, all in-stock orders will be reviewed, sorted, and packaged within 1 to 3 business days after successful customer payment, and the formal delivery process will be initiated. We implement unified global logistics distribution standards for all customer orders, with a fixed delivery time of 6 to 12 business days. There is no difference in delivery standards and cycles between different global regions, and no accelerated distribution service is provided for the time being. The delivery time is affected by logistics transportation, customs clearance inspection, and regional transportation scheduling, and the 6 to 12 business days cycle is the official expected arrival time.
Customers shall bear the obligation to truthfully fill in order information, including accurate delivery address, valid contact information, and correct recipient information. Any order delivery failure, goods loss, or return caused by incorrect, incomplete, or invalid information filled by the customer shall be borne by the customer independently. We will not be responsible for free re-delivery or compensation for losses caused by customer information errors.

After the customer receives the goods, they shall check the product appearance, quantity, and quality in a timely manner. In terms of after-sales rights and obligations, we provide a 60-day return service for all products. Customers who meet the return conditions can initiate a return application within the specified time limit, and we will complete the refund within 5 to 10 business days after receiving and verifying the goods. Customers must ensure that the returned products are intact and unused, and comply with the return specifications stipulated in the Refund Policy.
